On the 17th of July the Bill for the Law for Entrepreneurs and Internationalization was approved. This finalized the first phase of the project on its way to final approval before the Congress of Deputies.
Currently, the Finance Commission is handling the Bill through Full Legislative Competence and an expedited procedure, so that it can pass to the Senate as soon as possible.
In the Senate, the political parties may submit amendments. Once the project is approved, the Congress will be in charge of ratifying and presenting the final official text.
Although it is risky to predict an approximate date, it is probable that, after October, we will have the final official document with the finalized and approved Law, since the government now is making this project a priority.
