Some of the operations I have led include:I have participated in, among others, the following transactions:

• Advising Doral Energy Group (Israel) in its entry into the Spanish market through an agreement with the Dutch family office Green Solar International Group. This agreement aims to develop photovoltaic projects on land coupled with green hydrogen and/or green ammonia in Spanish territory.
• Mariscal Abogados advises Volta Solar, an Israeli company dedicated to implementing solar panels for industries under self-consumption, in its establishment in Spain through a subsidiary and the signing of several power purchase agreements with various companies.
• PRATIA SPAIN announces a new joint venture in Spain with UOMI (Oncology unit of Clínicas Mi). The joint venture, named “PRATIA SIRIUS”, merges UOMI’s assets – as a provider of clinical treatment services in the Spanish market – with PRATIA SPAIN’s innovative investment and know-how, providing a great opportunity for Spanish doctors and patients.
• Mariscal Abogados advises the Moreno-Pavón Family, the majority shareholder of Club Deportivo Leganés, S.A.D., in selling the Club. The Moreno-Pavón family bids farewell to the Club after 14 years of trajectory, during which they achieved two promotions to La Liga (Primera División) and the professionalization of the Club.
• Chroma Impact Investment and Sun Capital Development Partners acquire nine solar projects in Spain from Univergy Solar with a capacity of 8.38 MW. Through this transaction, the investors become owners of 100% of the projects and increase their aggregated installed capacity in Spain.
• Corporate restructuring of Nipro Medical Europe, a leading global company in the healthcare sector. The designed structure included several share and asset purchase transactions between companies and obtaining authorization from the AEMPS (Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices).
• F W Thorpe, based in Birmingham, acquires 63% of the share capital of Electrozemper S.A. in Spain, a specialist in emergency lighting for various sectors and territories.
• Mariscal Abogados advises the Polish Group NEUCA in the acquisition of Experior, one of the leading Spanish Contract Research Organizations (CRO).
• Mariscal Abogados advises Parweld, a British manufacturer and wholesaler of welding equipment, in the acquisition of two companies based in Valencia through a share purchase transaction and various ancillary agreements.
