Introduction
With over 15 years of experience in legal counselling, I have specialized in Urban and Real Estate Law and Intellectual and Industrial Property Law in Spain.
Before joining Mariscal Abogados in late 2012, I worked in law firms abroad and pursued the diplomatic career track. Throughout my professional career as a lawyer, I have gained extensive experience in real estate transactions, urban planning law, intellectual and industrial property law, commercial contracting, and civil and administrative procedural law related to these areas.
My approach to our clients focuses on providing efficient solutions tailored to their objectives and needs, with the support of a multidisciplinary team when necessary.

- Providing legal advice to a multinational company in the chemical sector on urban planning issues in the development of an industrial sector for parcel distribution management and clarification of compatible uses.
- Advising on the acquisition of listed property in a protected area with elements not subject to protection.
- Negotiating office lease contracts for a foreign diplomatic representation.
- Negotiating office lease contracts for the new facilities of the Spanish subsidiary of a multinational corporation.
- Negotiating and managing issues related to leases linked to photovoltaic parks and managing problems with the public administration.
- Negotiating a contract to implement antivirus software for one of Spain’s leading telecommunications providers.
- Providing legal assistance in proceedings for infringement of intellectual property rights in the context of advertising campaigns.

Education
I am a Law graduate from the Carlos III University of Madrid and hold an Executive Master’s in Urbanism and Land Planning from the Graduate School of San Pablo CEU University. I have strong linguistic skills and extensive international experience, having lived in France and Germany. I completed the German Abitur (high school diploma) program alongside the Spanish curriculum. I have also prepared for the diplomatic career entrance exams.
