Introduction
I began my professional career in 2014 at French and Spanish law firms in Paris and Madrid, where I specialized in corporate, labour, and mergers and acquisitions law.
In 2021, I joined Mariscal Abogados to lead and strengthen the firm’s French Department.
As director of the French Desk, I aim to provide excellent service to French-speaking companies with business interests in Spain in their native language.
I offer close, responsive, solution-oriented, and practical advice to clients from the initial stages of their business development in Spain, providing them with all the necessary tools to ensure that their business strategy develops effectively and confidently.

Some of the companies I have advised include:
- Advising BDL CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, an independent management company established in 2005 that manages €3 billion through four European equity funds, on establishing its branch in Spain, notifying the CNMV, and other matters related to the marketing of UCIT in Spain.
- Providing legal advice to DÔMES PHARMA, a leading French company specializing in the animal health sector, on establishing its subsidiary and initiating operations in Spain.
- Assisting MADIC DIGITAL, a consultancy and digital marketing services agency within the MADIC group, concerning the recovery of commercial debts.
Education
I obtained a double degree in French and Spanish Law from the prestigious Sorbonne-Paris 1 University and the Complutense University of Madrid. Additionally, I have completed a Master’s degree in International Law at the Free University of Brussels.
