Marc Chevalier

Senior Lawyer
Head of Tax Law

Introduction

I am a lawyer at Mariscal Abogados and head of the firm’s Tax Law practice area.

With extensive experience in legal practice, I specialize in providing tax law advice to businesses and private estates.

Before joining Mariscal Abogados in 2024, I worked five years as a tax lawyer at the prestigious Spanish law firm Pérez-Llorca. This position gave me substantial experience advising top-tier Spanish and foreign-owned multinational companies on tax matters.

My multinational background has enabled me to effectively serve foreign clients, understanding their tax needs when investing or conducting business in Spain, along with their concerns and the potential solutions to address them.

As a professional, my goal is to support clients by offering legal security and specialized, personalized advice, ensuring they can develop their investments and activities in Spain in an organized and efficient manner.

I have contributed as a co-author to several specialized legal publications on tax matters and actively participate in pro bono activities for non-governmental organizations.
