Alberto joined our firm in 2012 and became a partner in 2017. Throughout his time with us, he was a driving force in shaping not only the structure of our firm but also our way of working and thinking.
In this sense, Alberto was more than just a colleague; he was a beacon of positivity and innovation. His motto, Up and forward, was a true reflection of his approach to life and work, as he faced every challenge with an unyielding spirit and infectious optimism, inspiring all of us to do the same.
Before joining Mariscal Abogados, Alberto honed his skills at several prestigious law firms. Since joining Mariscal Abogados, he enriched his expertise and cemented his reputation for excellence. His leadership has shone through in several high-profile transactions, including Latécoère’s acquisition of Málaga Aerospace, Defense & Electronics Systems and the sale of Club Deportivo Leganés, among others. In 2021, Alberto’s exceptional legal contributions were honoured by Iberian Lawyer with the Forty under 40 award.
Alberto’s academic journey was equally impressive. He earned his law degree and a Master’s in International Business Law (LLM) from Universidad San Pablo CEU. Additionally, he studied in Germany, where he obtained the Abitur, and in the United States, thus beginning his international experience and strengthening his command of English and German.
