On July 4, 2017, Interdomicilio, a major actor of home-based services in Spain, with offices in Portugal, Mexico, and Colombia, became a brand of the OuiCare Group. The international law firm based in Spain, Mariscal Abogados, was the intermediary of the operation.
With its first international external growth operation, the OuiCare Group now has 5 brands, 17,500 collaborators and around 400 agencies located in 5 countries. It aspires to become a global leader in home-based services in the next 20 years.
Growth prospects are significant for the OuiCare Group in France as well as internationally. The global market of home-based services is now estimated at around a few billion Euros.
First international acquisition
Interdomicilio, the multi-specialist brand of home-based services created in 2010 and headquartered in Saragossa (Spain), has 450 collaborators, 4,500 clients and 35 agencies located in 4 countries.
Interdomicilio now joins the OuiCare group, with other brands like O₂ care services, Apef services, France Présence and the Conciergerie O₂. OuiCare has 17,500 collaborators and around 400 agencies in 5 countries.
