Introduction
I am a senior lawyer at Mariscal Abogados, specializing in company law.
After working as an in-house lawyer at a multinational electrical engineering company, I joined Mariscal Abogados in 2016. With over nine years of professional experience, I primarily advise international clients on company law and commercial contracts. I have participated in various private equity transactions, acquisitions, and restructurings.
Additionally, I advise numerous companies and branches with foreign participation on corporate and contractual matters related to their ordinary business activities. In some of these companies, I hold the position of secretary of the board of directors.
Thanks to my international focus, technical knowledge, and understanding of the processes and legal requirements applicable to foreign companies in Spain, I provide comprehensive advice on corporate matters, accompanying our clients at all stages of their development.

- Legal advisory services to the German multinational FLENDER (a leading provider of mechanical and electrical systems) regarding the wind turbine business integration in Spain through the global acquisition of assets.
- Legal advisory services to the German investment fund PRIVATE ASSETS in the acquisition by PROCAST GUSS GmbH of a steel foundry within the framework of insolvency liquidation proceedings.
- Legal advisory services to the Swiss financial services entity KEPLER CHEUVREUX for incorporating a branch in Spain to develop a new business area.
- Legal advisory services in corporate and company matters to partners and management bodies and handling corporate secretarial duties for over 35 companies, branches, associations, and foundations.
Education
I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Navarra in 2013, and a Diploma in Anglo-American Law (Garrigues Chair and Columbia University) from the same university. Subsequently, I completed the Master of Advocacy at the University of Vigo in 2015.
